Insurance

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice plans. Prior to our first session, I will run your benefits to give you an estimate of your expected out of pocket cost. I do encourage you to understand your behavioral health coverage to prevent any surprise balances, as many things can impact your copay/ coinsurance amount.

Out of network

You may be eligible for out of network coverage by your insurance company- I encourage you to ask! Payment will be due at the time of session and I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

    That time allows both of us to see if we would be a good fit together. You can get a sense of what it is like to talk to me, and I can get a sense of whether I would be a good fit to help you reach your goals.

  • If you decide you would like to move forward with me:

    • We will schedule our first appointment

    • I will send you a link to my patient portal

    • You will fill out some forms

    • We will meet for an hour on Zoom to talk about your current experience, relevant history, and your goals in depth.

  • I meet with most of my clients weekly or bi-weekly. I do recommend meeting weekly while we get to know each other and establish your treatment plan.

  • It depends! (on a lot of things)

    Some people notice significant progress towards their goals in 6 months, some choose to stay in therapy indefinitely for continued support. We will review this together.
