Private Practice Resources:

Turns out grad school skipped a few lessons on how to actually function as a therapist (especially if you want to open your own practice).

These resources are designed to help therapists build sustainable private practices without guilt.

Here you will find:

Why I Do This

I love good clinical work.

I also think therapists are wildly overextended and constantly being sold the idea that we should be able to: Hold space. Stay regulated. Write notes. Remember interventions. Avoid burnout. Somehow still maintain hobbies and drink water.

As both a therapist and clinical supervisor, I’ve seen firsthand how often clinicians are handed burnt out supervision and expected to just “figure it out” from there.

So I started creating the kinds of tools I wish I had early in my career.

Regulate: A Workbook for Understanding and Calming Your Nervous System
$15.00

*For clients who say they want grounding skills but would also rather launch themselves into the sun than slow down for five seconds.*

Regulate blends the science of the nervous system with reflective, real-world practices. It’s for anyone who wants to feel more connected, grounded, and at ease in their body.

Inside, you’ll find clear explanations, guided reflection prompts, and simple sensory tools to help you:
