Here you will find:

Clinical tools:

Thoughtfully designed tools rooted in relational, somatic, ACT, and DBT-informed work.

Private Practice Resources:

Because graduate school somehow forgot to mention:

  • taxes

  • consultation calls

  • marketing

  • cancellation policies

  • imposter syndrome while setting your fee

  • and the existential spiral of choosing an EHR.

These resources are designed to help therapists build sustainable private practices without needing to become a LinkedIn business influencer overnight.

Why I Do This

I love good clinical work.

I also think therapists are wildly overextended and constantly being sold the idea that we should be able to: Hold space. Stay regulated. Write notes. Remember interventions. Avoid burnout. Somehow still maintain hobbies and drink water.

As both a therapist and longtime clinical supervisor, I’ve seen firsthand how often clinicians are handed burnt out supervision and expected to just “figure it out” from there.

So I started creating the kinds of tools I wish I had early in my career.
